A new way to celebrate brunches

The current trend, which is still under development, is to small portions and small prices that come with it. The dishes are tapas, mezze, dim sum or dumplings. In Montreal, the restaurant Le Petit Italien took the opportunity to improve its approach brunch.

In fact, every weekend or on holidays, this Outremont restaurant proposes a new formula for dimsum, the Chinese equivalent of brunch. It offers fifteen small original dishes, salted or sweet, hot or cold.

The owner of the restaurant notes that the success of the formula confirms the request and the investment of time and energy was worth it.

So they found their way all their own, original, attractive and accessible to stand out in mornings.
