An intense fire ravaged the McDonald's Maloney Boulevard in Gatineau last week. The intensity was such that the building will be destroyed and the losses are estimated at one million dollars. The owner confirmed that the restaurant will be rebuilt soon.

Meanwhile, employees affected will be localized in other McDonald’s owned by the same group pending the resumption of business.

The origin of the fire remains a mystery. But since everything started in the warehouse, it is not surprising that the flames so quickly attacked the roof, with paper and cardboard in it.
