The Sherbrooke Downtown business people, during the Canada Food Day, invite people to a gourmet activity. This Saturday, August 3, restaurants of downtown Sherbrooke will be on Wellington Street North to offer their creations. Auguste chef Danny St-Pierre is the spokesperson for the event Bouffe ton centro.

Sherbrooke hosts some of the best addresses in the Eastern Townships. The reputation of these restaurants is even beyond the borders of the region since several years.

From 11 AM to 5 PM, restaurateurs will welcome visitors with street food and small gourmet dishes. In addition to the Auguste and famous reversed poutine, it is expected the participation of Toquade, Antiquarius, Bouchon and Classyco, among others.

Also on the program, urban art, a demonstration of skateboarding and a DJ on hand to enliven the day.

Visitors can take the opportunity to visit the various shops of Wellington North.

In case of rain, the event will be held Sunday.
