The Drummondville Poutine Festival is pleased to welcome Martin Picard, the owner of the Montreal restaurant Le pied de cochon. He’s popularized the foie gras poutine and he will be introduced to visitors September 3rd and 4th.

In addition to his successful dish, he will offer there lobsters and calamari poutines. This one includes a black sauce appearances tar!

The fact remains that the most popular dish in his Plateau Mont-Royal restaurant is the poutine with foie gras sauce with foie gras tied too.

Martin Picard will be on site during the two day festival. People can meet and talk with him.
