News and discoveries in Montreal, Quebec and Sherbrooke

Although times are difficult in restoration, it is not the innovations that are missing. New establishments are opening their doors throughout the province and we invite you to discover three of them in Montreal, Quebec and Sherbrooke.

In Montreal, the Medina restaurant has replaced the Brasserie St-Denis and gives way to the colors of the Middle East. Discover the authentic taste of this region with tajines and couscous, among others, and jump on the specialty of the house, the gargoulette. It is a leg of lamb that has cooked for a long time with spices such as cumin, cinnamon and coriander. At the same time, you can drink a homemade cocktail.

In Quebec City, it is at Le Voisin that you have to stop to discover this new concept which proposes a simple and refined menu with the flavors of the world. The card contains a choice of 10 dishes to share with two. The restaurant's all-female team relies on local products in the ingredients and choices of alcoholic beverages.

Finally, Sherbrooke hosts its first Japanese bistro in the city center, Kobo Ramen. Of course, ramen noodle soups and sake will be in the spotlight. The pasta and broth are homemade and the owners have done their homework: they have visited a bunch of such bistros in a few major Canadian cities to keep only the best menus and ambiences and to apply it at their restaurant.
