In Montreal, the Medina restaurant has replaced the Brasserie St-Denis and gives way to the colors of the Middle East. The card contains a choice of 10 dishes to share with two. The restaurant's all-female team relies on local products in the ingredients and choices of alcoholic beverages.
Finally, Sherbrooke hosts its first Japanese bistro in the city center, Kobo Ramen. Of course, ramen noodle soups and sake will be in the spotlight. The pasta and broth are homemade and the owners have done their homework: they have visited a bunch of such bistros in a few major Canadian cities to keep only the best menus and ambiences and to apply it at their restaurant.
