In this new edition of Fast Delivery, we wish Brothers Toh a happy 25th birthday and we celebrate the successes of the Chateau Frontenac chefs.
First, the restaurant Les Frères Toc located north of Charlesbourg celebrates a quarter of a century in size. Since 2018, a new owner has been managing the establishment. This is Gilles Ferreres. In the kitchen, stability is to be emphasized, while Chief Martial Abraham is in place since almost the beginning. Consumers agree that the establishment stands out for its friendly atmosphere, the band's performance from Wednesday to Saturday and a generous menu that appeals to all. Happy Birthday!
Stéphane Modat, chef of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac's restaurants, and Joël Lahon, pastry chef of the same place, shine on the culinary and provincial and world gastronomic scene. Modat was present at the World Summit Chefs in Monaco. He made a culinary demonstration featuring local products from Quebec and inspired by his many visits to the Far North.
His colleague Lahon is nominated for the Chef Pastry Chef of the Year 2019 award for the Quebec Region of the Quebec Society of Chefs, Cooks and Pastry Makers. After London, Japan, Australia, the United States and Mexico, Lahon stopped in Quebec in 2014 and stands out from day one.
