MTY Group, which already owns restaurant like Tiki Ming, Duluth, Sushi Shop, Thai Express and La Cremiere, just put a hand on Valentine's 95 restaurants. The fast food chain 30 years old will complement the existing banners of Group MTY.
Valentine had a turnover of $ 29 million during the past year. The sale was valued at $ 9.3 million. Franchisees pay a dividend of about 5-6% of their sales to MTY.
