Lunch at the restaurant: what to avoid?

Go have a nice lunch at the restaurant on a Saturday or Sunday morning, it starts long day. However, too heavy lunch, high in sugar, fat and calories may, conversely, result in a great wave of tiredness following you all day, not to mention the caloric surplus that could harm your line. Lunch at the restaurant in a healthy way is perfectly possible, insofar as our choices are reflected. Here are some examples of balanced breakfasts, choice and alternatives to minimize any type of casual lunches.

Lunches by excellence
Among the best dishes to choose in restaurants for lunch, look for ones containing yogurt, fruits, whole grains, wheat bread or whole grains, eggs, cottage cheese or peanut butter. The important thing to remember is that your plate should contain both carbohydrates (sugars) and proteins. For example:

Cora: Lunch Magic Omelette Spinach-Cheddar (without potatoes), Lunch Annie, Ben and Benedictine (without potatoes), Crepe Spinach-Cheddar
Tutti Frutti: The Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese on English muffin with egg and cheese

Ben and Florentine: Oatmeal with old, the smoked salmon bagel (without potatoes), Delight Health Explosion blueberries, mish-Fusion blends and Volcano, Crepe ham and asparagus or spinach-cheddar (without potatoes).


The choice to limit
It is not without surprise that lunches containing bacon, sausage, cracklings, custard and small potatoes are not favored. Also, remember that a single source of protein such as eggs or ham enough to make a balanced breakfast when the perks are too, like whole grain toast and fruit. Here are some choices of trim their views to limit high-fat, sugar, and therefore calories.

Though we have all the motivation in the world, we sometimes still want to have fun. Here are good alternatives for a casual lunch

Pancakes: Prefer pancakes topped with fruit rather than chocolate and topped with spread invaded under a mountain of custard. And do not hesitate to let me not finish all your pancakes. A pancake in less can easily save you over 200 calories.

Waffles: Just like pancakes, waffles are often served with a very sweet filling, this time with whipped cream. Do not hesitate to ask your waffles with only fruits that you can add yourself a little maple syrup.

The eggs Benedict: Again, a dish served with a good amount of sauce, hollandaise sauce. Without deprive yourself, ask your server you serve on the side so you can add yourself a small amount.

Toast: Prefer wheat breads, whole grain or multigrain. Ask your dry toast and give yourself permission to add yourself the quantity needed.

Potatoes: Replace potatoes morning land fruit or tomato slices. Less fat, less sodium and more importantly, fewer calories when you consider that they are often accompanied by a healthy dose of ketchup, for its sweet and caloric.

The perks: Prefer 1 slice of ham or baked beans rather than slices of bacon, sausage or greaves which are very high in fat.
