On 13 July, a new bistro-restaurant has made its appearance on the Grande Allée East, Quebec City. The official opening will take place in September but already the chef Patrice Noël offers grilled beef, barbecue scallops and… fun.
You go there, you relax, you eat food which tastes that create storm in your mouth.
Patrice Noel worked before in France and he is back in Quebec, where he assisted in the restaurant Initial previously.
