Let's start with Morso Pizzeria, specializing in “Roman-style” pizzas, which is opening its second branch in Quebec, in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste district, after having enjoyed success in Limoilou during the launch in spring 2023.
The new restaurant will be located at 714 rue Saint-Jean. Morso's Roman pizza is distinguished by a thinner crust, round or rectangular shape and is served in slices (commonly called al taglio). The restaurant is also known for its individual tip service, its selection of imported wines and its homemade desserts. Although the official opening date has not been announced, the business has already started recruiting employees for this new branch.
Discover now the new modernized image and improved culinary experience of Boustan, the Mediterranean cuisine chain founded in 1986, combining modernity and authenticity.
The project includes a new redesigned visual identity and an enhanced menu highlighting shawarma creations. Three new restaurants, Boustan Lachine, Boustan Pie-IX, and Boustan Parc-Extension, opened in January in Quebec, will serve as a showcase for this new identity.
The menu offers dishes inspired by traditional recipes, such as shawarma, falafel, garlic potatoes and fattoush salad.

The restaurants La Binnerie du Carré and Les petits plat de Fanny offer their customers the opportunity to offer prepaid meals to people who cannot afford them.
The Binnerie du Carré initiative is called “P’tit dej en suspens” and began in recent weeks. Already, around fifty customers have purchased lunches.
Same thing for the restaurant Les petits dishes de Fanny, which implemented the same concept on January 18.
The owners work together with the Sources Volunteer Action Center to help more people.
