The new edition of Fast Delivery brings you to McDonald's, where a new loyalty program is emerging as well as to Sushi Taxi, which announces the arrival of a new executive chef and finally to Chambly, where seven restaurants are joining forces for a good cause.

Let's start with the new loyalty program that the McDonald's fast food chain launched in Canada on November 16. Under the name of "MyMcDo Reward", this program allows you to accumulate points on all menu items. It replaces the mobile program which only allowed points to be collected after purchasing hot drinks or fries.

You should always have the mobile app with you, and for every $ 1 you buy, you'll earn 100 points. Taking advantage of this launch, McDo is offering 5,000 bonus points from the first purchase of new registrants. The rewards include for example an iced coffee (2000 points), cheese burger (4000 points) and the famous Big Mac (14,000 points). To reach this final milestone, you should first have spent $ 140.

Also, Sushi Taxi introduced us to its new executive chef, Thanh Hieu Hong. She takes the place of Nils Franke and will run the kitchens of the group's 21 restaurants. Franke has been his mentor for the past four years. Today, Hong wants to leave his signature and continue the tradition of finesse that Franke brought while bringing a feminine touch.

Its other goal is to make Sushi Taxi the benchmark for quality, originality and commitment. To do this, it will work with local and ecological products. For her, woman and Asian at the head of a banner like this, it is the ultimate dream!

Finally, seven restaurants in the Chambly region will unite on November 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., each presenting a dish designed with mystery ingredients. The goal? Donate all profits to POSA Source des Monts and its street work service. All these chefs will have to work with five common ingredients, the details of which they will not know until the previous week.

They will then have to present their dish to a hundred guests, who will serve as a jury for the occasion.

The chefs who accepted the challenge are: Steven Marius (La Taverne), Jess (La Croisée des paths), Robert Côté (Les d'œufs copines), Telmo (Les grillades du fort), Karine (L'Artisan), Éric (Fourquet Fourchette) and François (François' Le Garde-manger)
