Few months after its opening, the Ludwig restaurant on King Street Sherbrooke has quietly closed its doors. But it’s due to reopen soon with a completely different formula.
The Ludwig’s owners, who also operate La Toquade and Antiquarius Café downtown Sherbrooke, will return to a menu that is more familiar.
In order to change the concept, the owners decided to close the facility, to reflect the new formula to be ready to welcome new customers.
