Without fanfare, the Mondo restaurant (Sherbrooke) has new management in recent months and is currently conducting several changes. The most important change is the arrival of sixty varieties of tartar on the menu, which will make the establishment of King West Street the place to discover and enjoy this meal in town.

The new owner, Louis Delisle, a well-known manager in Sherbrooke, wants to restore Mondo former glory. The changes are seamlessly and without modification to the opening hours.

Tartar lovers can enjoy this dish from Thursday to Saturday only. The choice is vast, possibly the largest in the region, from filet mignon, duck, scallops and other seafood.

To attract a large number of fans, the new owner is always looking for a unique concept for the Saturday evenings. However, he wants to see a female clientele invade his restaurant on Thursday, promising them a bottle of wine if the reservation is made before 5PM.

The decor and the divisions of the dining room are also reviewed and corrected now. The popular terrace, which can accommodate up to 60 people, is on all summer.
