ABOUT SNO MICROBRASSERIE

SNO Microbrasserie was launched in June 2019, during the official opening of the Grand Marché de Québec. The dream of three beer-loving associates, the company is named after brewer Daniel Lowing. Originally from Philadelphia, Daniel decided to settle in Quebec after a winter trip during which he found love. What was the distinguishing feature that convinced him besides love? Snow, very present here! SNO, short for the word snow meaning “snow” in English, brews products inspired by Quebec winters, ie fresh and tasty beers.

In addition to offering beers on tap and now in cans (for sale on site or online), the microbrewery also offers a menu featuring cider, wine, sangria, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Also offering a delicious pub-style menu featuring products from the Grand Marché, the place is ideal for a gourmet break or a meal with friends. In summer, a large terrace is set up facing Place Jean-Béliveau.
