As we announced Friday, Loews Le Concorde Quebec was trying to find someone that would take the concession of the Astral restaurant since the acquisition of the new owners.
It is today that has finally formalized the dealer, it is the Groupe Restos Plaisirs of Jacques Gauthier and Pierre Moreau, who already holds the Cochon Dingue, the Café du Monde, the Lapin Sauté, the Paris Grill, the Petit Cochon Dingue et Jaja la Pizza.
They arrived first before some other restaurant owners who were interested in this restaurant with a unique view over Quebec.
We are now looking forward to see how the restaurant with the best view of Quebec will be landscaped and what type of food will be served!
