Take a meal five meters below sea level, without getting wet, this is an out of the ordinary experience! This is the Ithaa Undersea restaurant of the Hilton Hotel in the Maldives. Covered by a glass dome, you can observe the underwater life of this lagoon of the Indian Ocean. On the menu, fusion cuisine is served. The specialty of the place: crab tower with ciabatta, truffle mayonnaise, Maldives banana and chili mascarpone with basil cream. The restaurant can accommodate only 14 guests.

Nothing better to feel in the water than to be fastened around a gigantic aquarium! This is what the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai offers in its Al Mahara restaurant. In the central aquarium swim sharks, rays and exotic fish. The restaurant of course specializes in fish and seafood.

 

4. On the Water
