INGREDIENTS

- milk

- 6 egg yolks

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 3/4 cup 35% cream

- 1 vanilla bean or vanilla extract 5ml

 

PROCEDURE

1 Heat the milk with minimum heat without boiling

2 Mix sugar and egg yolk by whisking 5 minutes to blanch eggs

3 Temper the eggs by incorporating some warm milk and stir a little

4 Pour the egg white into the hot milk

5 Mix with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes over medium heat

6 Add the maple syrup, cream and vanilla

7 Pour into a bowl and freeze 24

Place an 8-spoon in the mixture 3 times during the 24

 

Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup melted butter

- 1 cup peanut butter

- 1 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 eggs

- A bit of baking powder

- A bit of baking soda

- A pinch of salt

- 625ml flour

 

PROCEDURE

1 Combine all ingredients and mix until it is uniform

2 Place on a baking sheet baking

3 Preheat oven to 325 degrees

4 Bake for 9 to 12 minutes
