Since September 17, 2025, Restaurant L'Entre Gens in St-Bruno has reopened its doors. Let’s recall that the restaurant, then managed by Louise Larouche and Réal Gagnon, had unfortunately closed in August 2022 due to a shortage of kitchen staff at the time.
That is now a thing of the past thanks to the new co-owners, Josée Lavoie and Stéphane Guénette, who have decided to bring fresh energy to this restaurant so greatly appreciated by the local clientele.
Many people have already walked through the restaurant’s doors in the past few weeks, and the co-owners would like to thank all the help they receive from their family, the former owners, friends, and all their employees who are working very hard.
The current menu is 80% the same as before, and recipes—including the famous pizza—have been preserved.
