Pacini Sherbooke: A little bit of Italy

Looking for an Italian restaurant, a friend of mine recommended me Pacini. It's a Saturday night I went there for dinner with my friends. Located on King Street West, this restaurant offers a wide variety of Italian dishes.
Just arrived, the waitress greeted us warmly, and we installed it immediately brought us the menu.
entry

Both inputs ordered was very good. The minestrone soup is a good mix of vegetables that perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. They just loved it!
Bread bar

The bread bar is a wonderful experience. We greatly appreciated the fact that we can make our bread in our own way. The best part about it is that there are several kinds of bread and a variety of margarines free of trans fat. This is really great!
main course

The pizzas are tasty. The pizza dough was thin, floured as it should and filling an undeniable freshness. Again an explosion of flavor! As for the linguine with shrimp, I have rarely seen such a fine seasoning! Pasta, shrimp sauteed with garlic, green onions, sauce, olive oil, herbs and parmesan were also unanimous in our table!
dessert

To finish our meal, we ordered a Torta cioccolata and fruit salad. I will tell you that the Torta cioccolata was superb, the cake is really strong, the mixture of chocolate and maraschino cherry is simply delectable.
comments:
I actually had a huge heart for this restaurant. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is just sublime! Well worth a visit!
