A friendly welcome, it always starts well one evening. And feel, Mr. Thing knows that. It puts us immediately at ease by serving us some good jokes. The party is on!

One is tempted by a cocktail to start, they are creative enough and made basic tonic home. Mr. Thing guide us in our choice. I choose one cola 1664. He then explains the card with passion. I start for the salad of the moment. Next to the well seasoned greenery is deposited a piece of grilled Quebec cheese (which I unfortunately forgot the name) on a pink sauce. An entry while simplicity, a little salty, but which is nice. My companion opted for a more flamboyant plate of foie gras. Superb presentation and explosive flavors. As main dish, I dive for fish of the day as it is served with razor clams I've never had the chance to taste. The dish is beautifully presented, although a little more color would have revived the whole. The taste is sensational. The fish is beautifully primed and knives are a great discovery. Lobster fills me as always and the potatoes were a perfect texture and buttery taste we like. The man, however, has made the leap, he tries the sausage for the first time. Homemade and served with mashed potatoes, marbles, bacon and truffle gravy, it must be said that he chose the right place for his initiation. Shortly fervent pudding, I am still stung my shot Regulatory fork to finally admit that everything was soft at will and not bad at all. To crown the feast, it ends with a chocolate-hazelnut cream irresistible.

Food side, we like Chez Chose to fresh ingredients and true attention to producers here. The menu includes a variety of local products that our guests are happy for us to discover. At our table, we even offered to a friend who accompanied us, a dish that was not on the menu or duck hearts. A little attention that makes the difference and makes us feel special.

Side atmosphere is total. It is far from a stuffy place. Once inside, you quickly forget that we find ourselves in an area a little less trendy. The decor is simple, but it is welcome by the owners themselves and truly it feels to be received at home, unpretentious. True enthusiasts, Madame Chose, Mr. and Miss Thing Thing highly successfully provide us with their enthusiasm. At the same time, the experience is even more complete when people with whom you eat unveil some of their history.
