Eighteen hours typing, I have a reservation at Petits Creux & Grands Crus on the striking Avenue Cartier. I look forward! Since it opened almost 5 years ago, this restaurant is on my list. He had the gold, captured my interest by its formula "sharing" and its cuisine with different flavors. Corsican cuisine is rather rare. Rare indeed, since the establishment prides itself on being the only Corsican restaurant in the province. It is with the intention of having a good time with a friend that I come to Cartier Street. The sun is at the rendezvous and the terrace is crowded. But I spot a free table. The temptation is too strong. In less than two, we settle there.

The wine list in hand, the question marks begin to emerge. My knowledge of Corsican wines is limited. And if I do not have the indicated varieties, I am in nothingness. I turn to our waitress and tell her about my wine preferences. It's a glass of Cuvé des Pierre that finds the way to my table. It takes me to an avenue opposite to what I'm used to, but I appreciate it.

Although the menu contains dishes and appetizers, the distinction of the place lies in its boards to share. From the outset, we are offered for two. To my great happiness, my friend shares my love for seafood. The choice is not difficult, we opt for La Poissionnière. Its content will be a surprise since it is not detailed.

Dropped in the center of the table, the board includes small fried fish, cod fritters, smoked salmon, some mussels, a shrimp and a scallop. For quantity, we are a little disappointed, the board will probably not fill our appetite. As we put on the sharing, we would have also appreciated that the portions follow the concept: 3 accras, a scallop and a shrimp, it is rather difficult to separate. The taste and the freshness are however of the part. My favorite: the lemon scallop.

Feeling a little hungry, we order the dessert board consisting of fiadone, chestnut cake and a pana cotta. Pastries that are out of the ordinary, but nevertheless do not cause wow effect at home.
