Quebec, Tuesday, June 7, 2016 - In front of the well-filled plates and customers more than satisfied that several members of the press yesterday stressed the 5th anniversary of Phil Smoked Meat and the 10th anniversary as restaurateur Owner Philippe P. Bolduc. The restaurant, located in the St-Roch district at 275 East Saint-Vallier Street, was praised from all sides and was able to fill you up, as it has for 5 years! In short, a success!

 

For the occasion, various media were invited to taste (or redéguster!) Delicious smoked meat Phil Smoked Meat. The plates came out of the kitchens at speed and were feeling from everyone: salad with smoked meat, underwater smoked meat, smoked meat sandwich. Phil Smoked Meat has once again proved its excellent service and highlighted the hard work of his team including Philippe P. Bolduc, his wife Marie-Pier-Ann Frédérique his daughter and her precious Chief Tom Pelletier.

The owner, Philippe P. Bolduc, at the same time celebrating its 10th anniversary in catering. Mr. P. Bolduc worked for Lesters Foods and various restaurants. His experience makes him the undisputed master of smoked meat in Quebec City. He knew well fit that title in this press lunch yesterday while he was cheered everywhere. His kindness and generosity charmed clients and guests present yesterday for this, frankly, gargantuan event.
