Trends, ephemeral restaurants!

Unusual, original, sometimes zany, ephemeral restaurants have only one reason to exist: to chat! As their name suggests, they are passengers, but not the least accrued.

The concept is simple: a restaurant opens for a limited time. The consumer will have to act quickly if it wants to take part in the experiment. Because that is where the secret: to support a new experience to customers. This is an opportunity for chefs, often deemed to have fun and express their creativity without constraints. The locations are also often at the heart of the appeal; we invite people to eat in unusual places, usually not reserved for the restoration.

Some ephemeral restaurants

In a plane
Of course, it is generally serves food in flight, but serve food prepared by a renowned chef, is less frequent. Last November, a plane of Swiss International Airlines providing the connection between Zurich and New York has turned into a temporary restaurant. In a lunch box

On a rink
No need to skate, just a good appetite. In February 2012, the Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris opened an ephemeral Savoyard restaurant even an ice rink. I must say that the single menu was concocted by the teams of the famous Alain Ducasse.



On an icy river
In Winnipeg, a temporary restaurant is established two years ago at the junction of two frozen rivers. The truly unique architecture is impressive curious.



Among strangers
In keeping with this trend, the Day Restaurant is very popular across the globe. Montreal has also taken part in the movement in August. This is just offering the opportunity to all those who wish to open a restaurant for a day. Streets, parks, sidewalks, restaurant can hide anywhere at the event.
