We all remember Celine Dion, who had embarked on the restoration with Nikel's. The diva is no longer affiliated since 1997, but the chain continues to offer Celine cake. Chantal Fontaine and Guy A. Lepage:
The actress and the host opened the restaurant in 2010 in Montreal Accords. The concept: all dishes are designed according to their accompaniment with wine. With their success, the two entrepreneurs have also launched this year Accords Le Bistro, in the heart of the entertainment district.
Jonas:
The rocker has also made the jump to the restoration with Rosewood in Old Montreal. Serving exotic burgers and homemade sodas, the hotel also features a stage on which occur musical performances.

The manager and husband of Celine Dion reinvested in the restoration with the acquisition in 2012 of the renowned Schwartz's in Montreal.

The popular singer is associated with the famous Auberge Saint-Gabriel in Montreal.
Francis Reddy: The comedian and owns shares of Birks Café par Europea.
