INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml (1 cup) chocolate chips

- 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream

- 6 marshmallows

- 6 strawberries

- A sliced ??banana

- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Graham crumbs


PROCEDURE
1 - On a bain marie, melt the chocolate, stir in the cream and reserve on low heat

2 - Assemble the skewers

3 - Cook on the ends of the grill about 2-3 minutes on each side or until marshmallows are golden

4 - Remove the plate, naper chocolate sauce and sprinkle with graham crumbs
