Chief Francis Wolf discovered his passion , cooking, when he was only 18. Francis began his culinary training in our beautiful province. To perfect his knowledge, he will spend much time in some of the top kitchens in New York alongside renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud and Charlie Palmer. He often travels to the United States and Europe to discover and draw on large tables. For ten years, Chief Francis Wolf is critical member of the kitchen staff of Manoir Hovey Relais & Châteaux. Their complicity , their commitment and pursuit of excellence in gastronomy contributed greatly to the accession of Manoir Hovey in the prestigious international Relais & Châteaux in 2008.
