We arrived excited to try a restaurant in North Hatley, but the experience was beyond disappointing. We were seated promptly, which gave us hope—but that’s where the service ended. For over 30 minutes, we sat completely ignored while tables around us, who had arrived after us, were not only greeted but already had drinks and had placed their food orders. Meanwhile, we didn’t even receive a menu.

Went there due to the star ratings. The appetizers were good, calamari & Chicken bites. Asked the server what was popular, was told flank steak, ribs or burgers. Never order steaks in restaurants and was planning ribs for tomorrow so went for the burger. Was told home made, the burger came out cold. This means the burgers were made yesterday, last week or last month and just reheated, totally unexceptable. My son had the same meal but ate his ( he eats anything as his was cold also ). Sent ot back and requested nothing to replace it. As you can see in my previous reviews I review very kindly to restaurants but this is some place I will never visit again. Reheating precooked food is bottom of the barrel IMO. I can see why the place was almost empty. Great staff and location though
