The leader Dominic Tremblay made his classes in various establishments in the Eastern Townships . First and foremost , he graduated in institutional cooking at the Institute of Hospitality Sherbrooke .

Dominic began his career in the world of gastronomy alongside Roland Ménard Chief Manoir Hovey in North Hatley . Then Dominic moved his pots in the Charlevoix region to operate the kitchens of the Auberge Les Sources . The most defining moment of his career will be meeting with his life partner , Maryse Carrier. Both had set a goal : to open a prestigious restaurant in the Eastern Townships .

Prior to realize their dream , Dominic had the privilege of working under the orders of gentlemen Philippe Benoit Robitaille and Dussault at Auberge La Camarine St -Anne- de- Beaupré . It was in the kitchen he heard the taste is good and beautiful , and luckily this is beautiful place that affûta knowledge in the world of wine. This passage Camarine also allow it to realize a dream to go to Europe to learn a large cap. He chose the Hotel de la Gare, Switzerland, where Mr. Georges Wenger, real star of the European recovery , he instilled his passion for art. This is his return from Switzerland, Dominic and his wife Maryse realize their dreams. In May 1998, when he was only 23 years Dominic becomes the chef and owner of Café Massawippi . The food and the wine will Fame restaurant , which will be awarded many times quickly. Originality, quality and hospitality of the staff will also be waiting for you to make you live an extraordinary experience . In 2012 Dominic and Maryse decides to reduce the activities of Café Massawippi to deal inter alia their catering service , offering culinary workshops and open a second restaurant Bistro DT- Coaticook . The adventure of DT Bistro experience such a success that in November 2013, the DT Bistro de Sherbrooke opened.
