After 15 years working in the kitchens of our 5-star hotel , Café Massawippi , restaurant , catering and gourmet shops in North Hatley , we were ready for a new challenge. Originally from Coaticook , Chief Dominic Temblay wanted for several years to return to his hometown and offer the customer a restaurant like their where she could find a different food supply already established. September 22, 2011, that dream became reality. Accompanied by Maryse , his accomplice at all times , Dominic proposes a savory cuisine bistro -pub where everyone can find their niche chacuns .

Always ready to meet new challenges and especially after the success of their Dt- Bistro de Coaticook, Maryse and Dominic recurrence but this time in the district Rock- Forest. Joins the team, Tyler M Krebs, who handles daily operations of the facility and Ms. Vickie Lamontagne, who is in charge of the dining room. Consumers will be familiar ground as the menu is the same as the establishment of Coaticook , however a selection of pizza is added.
