INGREDIENTS
To sauté:
- 30 ml. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped ginger
- A dozen mushrooms
- 1 red pepper cut into strips
- A large handful of fresh spinach
- A handful of bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the skewers:
- A dozen shrimp
- 150 ml. of satay sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
To sauté:
1.From an old frying pan on the grill over high heat, sauté the ginger in olive oil
2.Add mushrooms and peppers, skip everything and simmer for about 2 minutes (do not overcook)
3.Add spinach and bean sprouts, jump slightly and simmer for 2 minutes
4.Pendant the meantime, cook the shrimp skewers
For the skewers:
1.On a skewer (wooden or metal), skewer shrimp 4
2.Déposer on the BBQ and brush generously with satay sauce
3.Cuire about 2 minutes per side
4.Saler and pepper and serve immediately
