The popular St-Hubert rotisserie has been talked about for good reasons over the past few weeks with very good news.
First, the mobile collections of returnable containers in the parking lots of St-Hubert rotisseries in the metropolitan area will finally have made it possible to deliver a check for $ 100,000 to the Food Banks of Quebec.
The St-Hubert Foundation, in collaboration with the Consignaction organization, set up last May a system of drop-off points outside the St-Hubert rotisseries.
This large sum will provide 300,000 meals to people experiencing food insecurity.
Also, an important announcement was unveiled during the last week by the president of the St-Hubert group, Richard Scofield. He and his entire team have had to review their priorities in recent months, pandemic obliges.
The finding: because people no longer consume in the same way, and orders to take out or deliver have increased, reducing traffic in the dining room, major renovations will take place in the next year as we will now see. :
Smaller restaurants
Delivery and take-out concepts only
Very few places to eat on site
In some St-Hubert Express, the dining rooms remain closed and the emphasis is on external orders. In this way, delivery people can take up more space to take their orders and the distance in the kitchen can be respected. In these places, the turnover is still higher without this dining room available to consumers.
Likewise, when ordering for delivery, it is possible to add St-Hubert products that are normally found in supermarkets.
