Restaurant Calvi
If you have a taste for a French, Italian, Spanish or Greek menu, you will find it all under one roof at Restaurant Calvi. The kitchen offers grilled meats, seafood and fish inspired by different international cuisines.
During the week, the chef prepares a lunch menu every day and offers you his evening menu from Monday to Sunday.
In the evening table d'hôte menu, the choices of starters vary between Albondigas (Spanish beef meatballs), grilled prawns with parsley, octopus carpaccio or oysters. For the main course, mussels Santa Lucia style, Llinguines with shrimp and Portuguese chorizo, grilled lamb chops with chimichurri or a whole fresh Mediterranean fish, grilled or fried, are available.
A total of 7 private lounges are set up throughout the dining room and can accommodate between 4 and 8 people. In the summer, a terrace allows you to get some fresh air while enjoying one of the bottles of wine from their impressive cellar.
Restaurant Zibo!
Laval's Zibo! offers a varied menu, as well as a cocktail, beer and wine menu, in its restaurant-bar. Promotions are often offered to attract a festive clientele on Thursdays during the 4 to 6 hours.
At this time, the atmosphere is different, but just as pleasant.
You can then choose from a selection of inspiring and appetizing starters (gratinated onion soup, cheese and tomato carpaccio, trio of grilled sausages, crispy shrimp pogos, melted brie, etc.).

Sterlings Steakhouse
For lovers of aged steaks or fresh fish, a visit to Sterlings Steakhouse will delight you, as much for its cuisine as for the elegance of its decor and atmosphere. The private wine cellar may also have something to do with it.
Since 2005, the restaurant has built its reputation one piece of steak at a time, becoming one of the most renowned steakhouses in the region today. The menu features only USDA-certified prime beef aged 30 to 35 days. Each piece is hand-cut daily and then grilled to your taste over charcoal.
Options range from filet mignon to filet mignon with melted brie, from 20 oz rib steak to New York-style sirloin steak or from rack of lamb to milk-fed veal.
Other seafood options include North Atlantic salmon, Mediterranean sea bass, Ahi tuna and a Maritime lobster tail platter.
If it’s been a while since you’ve visited a fondue restaurant, here’s the perfect opportunity. La Fonderie is open from Tuesday to Sunday evening and can accommodate more than 100 people at a time, wanting to enjoy a cheese fondue, Chinese fondue, Burgundy fondue or its famous chocolate fondue.
A delicious raclette is also available.
Two options are possible with Chinese fondue: all-you-can-eat beef and chicken and five shrimps or shrimps, scallops and salmon.
On the à la carte menu, it is also possible to choose the pan-fried trout fillet with lemon, lamb escalopes with olives and rosemary, veal chop with two mustards or the grilled beef sirloin with three pepper sauce.

Let yourself be tempted by the red tuna tataki, fried calamari, duck confit arancini or foie gras parfait as a starter, tartares (salmon or beef), seafood risotto, braised beef cheek, duck breast with orange or cheeseburger as a main course.
You can also finish it all off with a sweet touch, with the menu including a homemade brownie, a wild berry pavlova, crème brûlée or a platter of assorted macaroons.
