6 desserts to eat before you die!

6 desserts to eat before you die!

The desserts are often high in refined sugar and trans fat, two enemies of our modern era, but would you be able to do without? And if you only had time to eat ONE dessert, which would you choose? Our suggestions.

Crème brûlée blue
This dessert combines the finesse of a creamy blue cheese and cream, with a touch of toffee on top. This is the perfect combination to wow your guests! Crème brûlée Tia Maria is also divine.

Boston cream pie
Despite its name, this dessert is more like a cake than a pie. Created in 1856 by French-Armenian leader Sanzian, the Parker House Hotel, Boston, Boston cream pie is composed of two floors of sponge cake filled with custard and topped with a sumptuous chocolate ganache - a real innovation for time.

Half-cooked chocolate and heart caramel with salted butter
What more sublime than the melting chocolate and caramel, sweet and salty? The creamy texture of this little gem of cake and caramel center flowing leaves no one indifferent.

Pastel de nata
This pastry exotic name, which means "Christmas baking" like a tart made with eggs and milk. It was created in the nineteenth century by nuns of the monastery of Belém, Portugal. Selling pasteis (plural of pastel) then allowed them to sustain themselves. Portuguese district of Montreal awaits you to enjoy!

Toast, maple caramel, ice milk jam
Forget the traditional "golden bread" made from sliced ??white bread house brand, beaten, 2% milk and a pinch of cinnamon (which has lost all flavor since its purchase in 1996) egg. Leméac (Montreal), it will make you forget your everyday worries from the first bite of the toast revisited, improved, tasty, amazing and definitely blessed.

The great Canadian ketchup cake
What? You've never tried the cake recipe printed on the back of ketchup bottles of Heinz ketchup? Do not worry, the recipe has only half a cup of the famous red potion. The comments of those who have tried it are mostly very positive. Go ahead, dare!
