Extremely disgusting and enraging experience speaking with "the owner" today. He talked to me like a child and tried to blame their error (delivery order) on me. We ended up in a shouting match and I gave him several chances to make it right, just by admitting the mistake. He just talked over me, and dismissed everything I said. I told him he was losing a customer, and he couldn’t care less. Never again!
