Where do you find both a delicious bakery, a cheese dairy with incredible diversity and a fish shop of incomparable freshness? At the Halles Sainte-Foy, of course!

More and more, the consumer becomes selective. It analyzes the ingredients, is concerned about the origin of the products and seeks quality. Although big box supermarkets are making great efforts in this direction, it is often more interesting to establish proximity with the artisan. Gourmet shops and delicatessens are more popular than ever. The only problem? Sometimes you have to run around the city to fill your basket with different products. This is where the Halles Sainte-Foy come into play; a gathering of food shops to make gourmet shopping from A to Z.

From all under one roof

In the same place, there is a host of food traders including the cheese dairy Aux Petits Délices with its impressive variety of Quebec cheeses and delicious charcuterie. Mr. T., the Mobile Garden, the fish shop and sushi Unimer, the bakery La Mère Michèle and Mrs. Macadam with its specialty of loose nuts and nut products come to offer full view to gourmets. To return with a sweet touch, we turn to the pastry Anna Pierrot and delicate chocolates or desserts. Added to this is Papillote & Cie, which is a butcher's shop, a culinary shop, a café and a fast-food counter. To ensure customers find everything under the same and reduce their travel, an SAQ Express is even established on the premises.

Eating

A favorite spot for gourmet shopping, Les Halles Ste-Foy is also the ultimate place to indulge in a well-prepared meal. We then enjoy one of the tasty restaurants including the Rousseau Burning, Buddha-Station, General Tao, Pizz'art or Subway.

35 years of delights

The Halles blow so this year 35 candles. Open since 1982, culinary art has been celebrated there for more than thirty years. Acquired in 2012 by Mrs. Karine Simard, the places have been a real youth cure since, with investments of over a million dollars in renovation and improvement of spaces.
