The crusine is a trend increasingly common. The followers see it as a healthy lifestyle where food is consumed without cooking to preserve as much of their nutritional qualities. Several restaurants have chosen to embark on the wave. Want to try? We offer you 5 to experiment in the province.


1. Qui lu cru

The first avenue in Quebec, this restaurant offers menus made from fresh, organic and gluten free.
