La Tomate Blanche: Italian dishes that meet the traditions of Italy

My Italian roots grow me regularly to discover new Italian restaurants. I just love the pasta. If this is your case, I suggest you stop at La Tomate Blanche restaurant in the heart of the Quartier 10/30 in Brossard, close to several shops and a theater.

Two of my visits to this restaurant were very nice when I was rather disappointed during another visit when I had yet eaten the same dish as last time.

Anyway, I enjoyed my last visit. Generally, pasta dishes served here are delicious. You can choose between a regular portion or a small portion, but the second order if you are not very hungry, because the regular portion is already not huge. Besides pasta, you can choose from dishes of risotto, meat and fish. It also offers a tasting menu for those who like to taste everything.

As a starter, you can discover the tasty creations of the establishment or opt for a more traditional choice. You are also able to choose entries to share. By cons, some entries are almost as expensive as the main courses.

You can order an aperitif cocktail and choose from the list of wines from the hotel.

The restaurant is very chic. Even the toilets are with their wooden cabins and towels for drying hands.

The restaurant is very large and offers both chairs and benches. In summer you can enjoy the roof terrace of the building since the restaurant is on the second floor.

This restaurant is perfect for a couple of evenings or friends.

The service is fast and the waiters are courteous. They regularly provide information to make sure we do not miss anything and everything is to our liking.

The prices are not too exorbitant, but some similar restaurants offer their pasta dishes at affordable prices. Still we remain in an average acceptable price for a fine dining restaurant.

I suggest this restaurant if you fancy a good plate of pasta.
