I had the 12-piece nigiri set and the vegetable tempura for $75. For a premium nigiri set, it was a bit disappointing to see the same ingredients appear twice. I believe that avoiding duplicate ingredients is one of the basics of a high-end sushi course. That said, I appreciated that the chef prepared the repeated ingredients in different ways, which created distinct flavors and made the experience more interesting. The vegetable tempura was also somewhat underwhelming. As a standalone dish, I expected a wider variety of vegetables.

I would not recommend this sushi restaurant. The sashimi smelled fishy and unpleasant as soon as it was served, and the texture was slimy. The scallops were especially bad—they tasted very fishy and clearly were not fresh. We also ordered sushi rolls, but they did not seem to be freshly made. The fried flakes underneath had become soggy and were stuck to the sushi. The sushi rice was sticky in an unpleasant way and clumped together. Even the canned tuna filling tasted fishy, making the overall flavor quite awful. The only positive thing was that the server was very friendly and polite. What made the experience even worse was that we waited over 40 minutes after ordering before the sashimi arrived, and despite the long wait, it was still not fresh. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

I can absolutely assure you that we use nothing but fresh fish. We have fish deliveries multiple times a week and our sales volume assures us that we move through our stock rapidly. As for the delays, we apologize if their was some wait before the food got to your table but our sashimi is cut on order and might take a little bit more time to produce. I'd also like to address your point regarding canned tuna. We do not use any canned tuna in our restaurant. Only fresh Bluefin, Albacore and Yellowtail tuna. Again we are sorry that you left disappointed by your experience dining with us and we hope to get another chance to demonstrate our team's skill to you in the near furture.

I went there to have a celebratory lunch with my new husband. They provided us with free mocktails since we don’t drink, and upgraded our food! The waiter was so nice and so friendly and engaging he was fantastic, truly. The service was lovely, we had lunch on the terrace and the food was fantastic. We had beef cheek that simply melted. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The ambiance was modern and intimate. The pricing for the midday meals are beyond fair. If you’re looking for a great niche type date, check it out!

James was very attentive and helpful and the food was excellent and amazingly fresh for the middle of the country. Taste was well defined and varied by type of fish and dish served.

Service is amazing. Dany is great, he is an asset for the restaurant. The food is delicous. I was hoping to have the three different tuna nigiri that we usually order, but it was not available this time. Maybe next time.

When making reservations, I mentioned that it was my son's birthday. They went out of their way to make it extra special, our waiter was very sweet and cool with him! He even got a piece of cake on the house! Hostess also wished him a happy birthday, my son felt so special.

*Update: We went for our anniversary dinner this week and it was even better than last time, the food was delicious and the staff was equally wonderful. Worth every penny! Make a reservation, it gets busy :D Thanks to your whole team for another beautiful night! It was beyond perfect, a beautiful setting, delicious sushi at reasonable prices, attentive service (I’m celiac and the whole team was extremely accommodating and careful, I felt very safe). Plenty of marked gluten free options. I will be back very soon! Thanks for a lovely night out 🤩

I cannot rave enough about this spot. This is my My. Olympus of sushi. I've not found anything that compares and frankly, I don't want to. Dany & David enhance the whole experience while the season-long cherry blossoms add to the interior beauty.

Food: excellent and tasty Service: slow at times but that was kitchen’s fault. Service was good overall. Atmosphere: nice decor, but found the music loud for a romantic evening. Price: very pricey for the small food portion you receive. Was worth a try. Overall good experience.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He explained the menu clearly, checked in at the right moments, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His service truly made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!
