manager Tristen Today at 14:30 we went to the 3 Brasseurs International Dix30 Brossard location and sat at a table for four. Before sitting down, we clearly told the staff that we planned to stay for the whole evening and asked them to give us a table without a reservation later in the evening. They agreed and seated us. During our time there we ordered food and drinks and paid around 300 dollars including taxes. However, around 17:15 the manager, Mr. Tristen, came to our table several times and told us that we had to leave. In the end he said they would not serve us any more beer and asked us to leave. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. After spending that amount and explaining our plan in advance, this kind of treatment was unexpected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Wonderful evening, staff was friendly and was a great atmosphere. The food was good quality and fresh . I really enjoyed the mocktails they offered ( my favourite being the Georgia ) .

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The staff is very unskilled when it comes to accommodating to guests issues/concerns, for example my food being cold and dry when it came out, they rather chill at the bar and talk to each other instead of staying focused and making money for their team, I did not get a refund instead they reheated my plate in the microwave and called it a day. I also mistakenly walked into the kitchen thinking it was the bathroom, and the sight I saw was absolutely horrific, very unhygienic kitchen with cooks/bussboys having their hands in everyone’s food picking at the customers fries. Also, the hostesses system being completely disorganized, having to wait for a hostess to take a walk around the restaurant to check if there’s any tables available when they should have their table status updated on whatever app they use for reservations, already upon walking in I had very low expectations. I know it’s no crazy 5 star place and my expectations shouldn’t have been as high in the first place, but come on can it even get worse. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here at 3 brasseurs dix30 and would recommend (if wanting to try) any other one than this one. In my opinion the person managing this place is completely bonkers and has no idea how to manage a restaurant, keep it clean, and hire the right staff in order to offer an experience enjoyable for all clients. Do better !!!!!!!!!! This is people’s money

had a very disappointing experience at 3 Brasseurs - Dix30 Brossard. The sandwich I ordered had a very bad smell and taste. It honestly felt like the meat was spoiled. I tried it along with three of my friends, and all of us noticed the same problem. The food clearly had an issue. We informed the waitress, but unfortunately, there was no proper reaction. What was even more disappointing is that no one from management apologized or took responsibility for this situation. When several people at the same table complain about the same dish, it’s obvious that something is wrong. This experience was very unpleasant, and I don’t see myself coming back.
