Before moving to the piano Van Horne, Eloi Dion officiated for four years at 357C, Daniel Langlois private club in Old Montreal. In fifteen years of experience, he worked in several locations in Montreal (Restaurant Two, Lychee, Exotica, the Armorican Le Parigot ...) and abroad (Singapore Spoon Bistro, Chez Simone in the Gers France). Flyer, Eloi Dion put on his experiences. His work is both technical and artistic with an opening of new flavors and textures.
