Updating my review from 7 years ago.1 star then.. I'm giving one more star today for Jessy the manger that does the "McDo birthday reservations" very nice but overbooked parties and I heard the ones being rushed out that they originally also had different times for their birthday so that's a bit disappointing.. other than balloons no other "miraculous theme decoration" were used. Just black and white balloons but she did her best while she was still present. Unfortunately the gift I was told each kid gets with my own child having a gift was not given... And when I went to inform myself the man that took over gave us 18 empty eggs and 6 little Rinky toys.. pretty disappointed as you pay 13.99 for each happy meal and I had over 15 children , plus 6 teenagers and many many parents and adults who ate there also. The garbages were overflowing from the very start from the two birthday parties they had before my baby girls started at 1. We had zero time to prepare the room before guests arrived and the tables outside the park we not reserved for us at the time we got there so all the parents were gammed into the children's room. I did warn there would be many many people. On top of it the second manager wouldn't even give us containers to give cake to the guests to go I had to ask for big Mac boxes and he gave me a total of four saying he had to negotiate for them. I think these parties need more organization and when you say they will get a cool gift... Give them a cool gift! These are kids!! Thank God we had made suprise thank you bags for all the children. So yes 2 on 5 that's being generous it's for the coffee Jessy served us before leaving 😅 Since all garbages were full they were definitely left with our mess , sorry! Not sorry.
