I’ve been here multiple times and yet the portions and service has never changed, for instance the large poutine here looks like a regular furthermore the cashier was getting pretty rude against me for asking to review my food.

I paid extra for onions and tomatoes and I get seriously bro this is unacceptable. Just half piece of tomato and no oinons

They don't give you your drive through order anymore. You need to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring it for some reason. Also they messed up my order. Rude service as well. Couldn't really be any worse. Never going again. Looking at the staff changes, I'm not all that surprised. Was better when they employed local teenagers.

lady who worked on march 11th 2026 around 2am misheard me while taking my order, gave me my order and i left with it thinking she had heard me, turned back around ‘cause i realized my poutine was missing, was willing to pay for the poutine as long as she reimbursed me my trio and made me pay for a trio with a poutine ‘cause i didn’t want the fries, gave me shit ‘cause she said i never said that which was false, (ironically the car in front of us returned their mcflurries because of an error) refused to reimburse me which would’ve taken 2 mins instead of 10 which was spent arguing. truly hope she finds peace within herself since apparently admitting you might’ve misheard someone is so damn hard.

Don't order with Door dash, for some reason they just cancel your order when the driver gets there without any feedback.

A restaurant where the service as well as the food is excellent.. A great place to eat and a great place to work.. I love the enviroment.
