We talked about a lot of good news last week, as new restaurants opened in a few corners of the province. Today, we're happy to announce more new features!

First of all, a Mexican restaurant will welcome you from October on rue Saint-Vallier Ouest. In fact, the owners will own a tortilla machine from the United States in order to respect the tradition.
Second, in just a few weeks, a West African offer, in a festive and colorful atmosphere, will be available in the St-Roch district. On the menu, grilled meats and stews with meat or fish in the spotlight, accompanied by rice and vegetables. Here too, an important piece of equipment is expected to ensure authenticity: a charcoal grill. Three Quebeckers and two native Togolese are part of the project.
Third, it is on rue St-Jean that the chef of Chez Boulay bistro boréal, Arnaud Marchand, will be opening a new restaurant in time for the beautiful 2021 season. This former participant of the show Les Chefs! gave few details on the concept of this future location. This investment is excellent news for Old Quebec and rue St-Jean.

This "friendly" refreshment bar offers a small wine bar and a starter-style menu of around 10 courses, some savory, others sweet.
