Fast delivery: lots of news, especially in Quebec!

We talked about a lot of good news last week, as new restaurants opened in a few corners of the province. Today, we're happy to announce more new features!
First, the Quebec City region will see new establishments open their doors in the coming weeks ... or next year.
First of all, a Mexican restaurant will welcome you from October on rue Saint-Vallier Ouest. Mexican food, therefore, more traditional and very affordable: tacos, tostadas, salads, frijoles, house guacamole and a vegetarian menu. In fact, the owners will own a tortilla machine from the United States in order to respect the tradition.
Second, in just a few weeks, a West African offer, in a festive and colorful atmosphere, will be available in the St-Roch district. On the menu, grilled meats and stews with meat or fish in the spotlight, accompanied by rice and vegetables. Here too, an important piece of equipment is expected to ensure authenticity: a charcoal grill. Three Quebeckers and two native Togolese are part of the project.
Third, it is on rue St-Jean that the chef of Chez Boulay bistro boréal, Arnaud Marchand, will be opening a new restaurant in time for the beautiful 2021 season. This former participant of the show Les Chefs! gave few details on the concept of this future location. This investment is excellent news for Old Quebec and rue St-Jean.
Finally, preparations are underway for the opening in July 2021 of a brand new food fair in the Lebourgneuf sector, in the heart of the Mosaic District, close to the popular Galeries de la Capitale. The fair will be surrounded by a complex of 11 buildings and 2,200 housing units, ready for next summer, and could accommodate 10 or 12 counters in a total space of 18,000 square feet.
We have to drive a little further east to announce the other good news of this fast delivery: the restaurant La Louve, from the same team of Faux Bergers, has opened its doors in Baie-Saint-Paul, in the heart of the city. city. This "friendly" refreshment bar offers a small wine bar and a starter-style menu of around 10 courses, some savory, others sweet.
