You don't have to leave the Casino to eat (and even to eat well). It's possible to do it on site. First, there is the restaurant Le Montréal which offers grilled meats and seafood. This restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the Casino.

On the menu, you will find inventive dishes prepared with fresh products from the market, inspired by the terroir. The chefs want you to discover Quebec products through the most convivial plates possible.

For example, you can try an Atlantic salmon gravlax style (Lebanese cucumber compressed with KM12 gin, sour cream, dill, radish and samphire) as a starter, followed by a beef fillet tartare (horseradish mayonnaise, artichokes, arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano) as a main course and finish it all off with a chouquette tartlet (light raspberry cream, candied red fruits, creamy vanilla sauce) for dessert.

Take your time to taste, but also to observe the metropolis in the distance and the cooks busy, in their open kitchen, to impress your guests.

Open from 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Tuesday is the wine and discovery evening, when high-end wines are offered at reduced prices.

Pavillon 67, gourmet buffet

Still within the Casino walls, there is also Pavillon 67, a gourmet buffet that offers a wide variety of dishes prepared before your eyes. For example, the pieces of meat are prepared, cut and cooked to your taste, in front of you.

The buffet is open from 5 pm on Thursday and Sunday or from 4:30 pm on Friday and Saturday. Brunch is served on Sundays only, between 10 am and 2 pm.

Visiting the Bidon Taverne Culinaire in Saint-Lambert means tasting an inventive and sought-after bistronomy, led by executive chef Marc-Alain Campeau and midday chef Benjamin Binard. The sommelier-advisor, Valérie Cadieux, awaits you with her suggestions of private import wines or other ranges of organic, biodynamic and natural wines.

As a starter, oysters, coctel de camarones (Mexican shrimp cocktail, cucumbers, celery, tomato, jalapeno, guacamole, clamato and tajin) or a grilled zucchini salad (feta, mint and pistachios).

As a main course, find a tuna poke bowl (fried rice cake, guacamole, tomato, edamame, cucumbers and Wafu sauce), a duck breast from Lac Brome (gastrique sauce, Anna potatoes, figs and vegetables) or a risotto (scallops, mushrooms, lobster bisque, mascarpone, truffle and tarragon).

Three kinds of tartares are also available, salmon, beef or tuna, served with croutons and fries or salad.

Twisted Burger

Also located on the South Shore, Twisted Burger offers you burger plates prepared without pretension, but original and with the best ingredients, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Twisted's burgers are inspired by Mexican and American dishes, while letting their chef add more contemporary flavors.

Among the gourmet burgers offered, we note the cheese and bacon (130g of beef, yellow cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onion), the Jack (130g of beef, grated cheese, grilled onions, bacon, Jack Daniel's sauce, lettuce and tomatoes) or the Drago (130g of beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, sweet chili sauce, cream, onion ring, lettuce and tomatoes).
