EnRoute magazine published by Air Canada airline recently announced the results of a research on the best new restaurants in the country conducted by the famous food columnist Andrew Brathwaite. Discover, among others, two Quebec addresses!
Brathwaite took a month to travel the country from coast to coast. His goal was to taste dishes of chefs who opened a restaurant in the last year and eventually develop a very select list of the best new restaurants in Canada.
We find a restaurant in Montreal and another one in Québec City.
In seventh place, we find The Montreal Public House, in honor of British cooking.
Immediately after, in the eight spot, here is the Bouchon du Pied Bleu. According to Brathwaite, this is one of the most user-friendly kitchens, fun and gratifying... in North America!
Note that the first position goes to Toronto’s Bar Isabel. Moreover, there are 4 out of 10 restaurants from Ontario.
