Beer and food: A wedding!

Finest restaurants, or those who wish to be, now all have their sommelier. They’re going from table to table and suggest the best wine and food pairings. But now this job will have to adapt to a new reality: it’s known that beer goes well with a lot of dishes!

With the birth of dozens of new breweries in Quebec every year and the continued growth of the oldest ones, flavors in beer are growing so the chefs do not hesitate to merge them in their menu.

The phenomenon is also observed around the world. Good imported beers are popular among above chefs.

Beers actually go well with many foods, such as mussels, seafood, roast meats, rendered, Tartars, cheeses and even some desserts.
