Insects for everyone

Locusts and grasshoppers are also part of the insects we find regularly in the menus. But many other species can be primed with meal worms, scorpions, ants, beetles, bees, caterpillars and even butterflies!

The consumption of insects is not only good for the environment since production generates less greenhouse gas emissions than the meat industry, but insects also contain good nutritional qualities. The cricket, for example, has a high protein content and contains very little fat. Mealworms, meanwhile, are a good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6.
