Sorry for your experience. We are not sure where the insect came from, but it is possible from vegetables, delivery boxes, and other parts of our environment. We have a full service extermination company as required and we have asked them to follow up and be extra diligent. We hope you can give us a break and have a heart. Please note that the fines were from the previous administration and they were very sick and then died. Also, they made the mistakes in licences, which were fines unrelated to insects. Again, we apologize for you experience.
