INGREDIENTS

-2 Pork back ribs cut at intervals of 3 bones
-1 Quill orangeade (or coca-cola or other soft drink of your choice)
- ½ beer
-1 Lime sliced
-1 Carrot cut into half rings
-1 Onion diced
-3 Garlic cloves
-3 Sprigs of rosemary
-3 Sprigs of thyme
-3 Bay leaves
-1 Cup of house BBQ sauce
Pepper-grain taste

PROCEDURE

-In a pan, place the pork and add all ingredients
-Cover with foil and marinate in refrigerator 12 to 24 hours
-Remove from the fridge and cook, with the marinade, in a preheated 300 ° F oven for about 4 to 6 hours
-Remove ribs from the cooking juices and brush generously with BBQ sauce
-On a BBQ over high heat, remove the meat and cook for about 2 minutes or until sauce caramelizes

BBQ SAUCE HOUSE

COOKING TIME: 30 min

INGREDIENTS

-75 Ml of vegetable oil
-3 Cloves of chopped garlic
- ½ beer (red or black)
-6 C. tablespoons ketchup
-3 C. tablespoon mustard
-3 C. tablespoons honey
-1 C. tablespoons soy sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

-In the pot over medium heat with oil and a pinch of salt, sweat the garlic
-Deglaze with beer and simmer for about 1 minute
-Add remaining ingredients, stir and reduce heat to low
-Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency
