Nihon Sushi: authentic sushi

In truth, there was plenty of parking available just in front of the restaurant this nice sunny Saturday noon, but by simple pleasure that I parked on the other side of the charming Maguire Street. I love this lively street filled with restaurants and shops. So I cruised along this artery friendly to go to this little restaurant that had been highly recommended to me Nihon Sushi.

And what a joy, the restaurant is open for lunch on Saturdays. I do not know if you've done the exercise of trying to find a restaurant open on Saturday for lunch, but they are few in the old capital.

Located near the corner of the Maguire Street, the restaurant has a lovely inviting terrace. It is here that we settled. Opening the menu, I found that a wide range of sushi is proposed. Other dishes also adorn the card as Tartar, salads Tatakis salmon or tuna, general tao or curry. Everything seems tempting, but the reason for my visit is of course to taste the sushi that are as talking.

When it comes to sushi, I love to be guided by the plates of the head as they allow to try a variety of different sushi. We opted for the plate Gourmande, composed of 30 maki. The latter is also available in size 15 or 20 pieces. Six varieties of maki rolls were served us so in multiples of five, just enough to come back for more of our favorites.

Among the chosen maki, two tipped my heart whose Bali, topped with salmon tataki, orange supreme and fried wonton. Orange brought a really pleasant note of freshness in the mouth. I also enjoyed the smoothness of Ibiza consisting of smoked salmon, dried tomato, cucumber, cream cheese and basil. The sweet sauce home and hauled just enough mayonnaise also made it all very pleasant.

Service side, no complaints! He was as neat as plates.

It is also a perfect place for those who wish to learn smoothly to the world of sushi. The plate All cooked, composed solely of sushi to cooked fish can probably satisfy those trying sushi for the first time. The menu also contains a plate for children with 12 pieces, mostly homosakis with generally popular flavors such as small shrimp and crab. Conversely Explorer plate allows most experienced of finding their account.

Hum, pizza sushi me also of the eye in addition to the guest tables that seemed downright interesting. Well, I will not have a choice, I'll be back!
